PEMBAJAKAN KOMERSIAL SUATU FENOMENA KEJAHATAN DUNIA YANG HARUS DIKETAHUI OLEH PARA PENELITI DAN PARA PENGAMBIL KEPUTUSAN
Abstract
Commercial counterfeiting is considered as a world crime phenomrna as it gives loss to several parties such as: investors, costumers, researcher and government, in terms of tangible or and intangible loss. This paper explain about commercial counterfeiting, group of imitation products, factors that influence commercial counterfeiting and its loss caused, efforts to avoid commercial counterfeiting and managerial implementation for LAPAN and other research institutes.
