Abstract

Remote Sensing by satellite to the Earth from Outer Space for the mapping or to take Earth natural resources its data due regard to benefid for all mankind as well as all State has respect on this activities. In Indonesia the activities of remote sensing for needs the scientific research to carry in sice 1974 to conduct by the National Institute of Aeronautics and Space (LAPAN), but until now Indonesia have not Act national regulation for the activities except for the airborn system. International regulation for the remote sensing activities from the UNCOPUOS meeting 's is not yet for the international convertion. No one State to sign on the UNCOPUOS remote sensing principles product's whose adopted by the UNGA Resolutions A/41/65
