Abstract

Space system and technologies have played unexpectedly important role in supporting military operations. Most observers agree that space system will become even more important to military operation in the coming years, and some think that space system will revolutionize warfare. Country (ies) having ideas to use space system in military operations always prepare exchausted and comprehensive plan, since space systemsinvolve complex technology, new concepts, high costs and risks. For the purpose of military operations, development of space system of space system take times as long as 20 to 5 years from the statement of idea to actual operational capability. This paper cotains explanations aimed at developing a model, i, e, a hierarchical value model to compare and identify development priority of space systems, which in turn development priority of industries related to space technologies in support of defense system or military operations. Such a value model based on judgments of experts and officials related defense or military operations.
