GUARANTEEING ACCESS OF DEVELOPING COUNTRIES TO OUTER SPACE

Abstract

Basically the formulation of Space Law should accummodate not only the needs and interst of Developed Countries, but also those of Developing Countries to outer space, considerations should be made on the following assues : access to the taking of benefits from natural resource in Outer Space; access to the benefits from the application of space sciece and technology; and access to enter into the international market. Proper interpretation on fundamental legal principles of the existing space law will become determining factors to guarantee access of Developing Countries.
