Abstract


 

The literature study in thermal decomposition of explosive has been done. The study is conducted by observing the reaction result of explosive when heated no other materials. The explosives are threenitrotoluene (TNT), nitroglycerine, etc. All of explosive if decomposed thermally will only result primitive gas material likes N2, CO, CO2, H2O, etc. No other result besides that. Purpose of the study is to understand that if toluene dicarbamate is decomposed thermally in other materials media (solvent, catalyst, heat-carrier) will not result primitive compound. From the understanding will be hoped that thermal decomposition of toluene dicarbamate will result the new materials. Key words:
