KAJIAN SPATIAL KUALITAS KESEHATAN LINGKUNGAN PERUMAHAN (STUDI KASUS : KABUPATEN BEKASI)

Abstract

This research to analyzed spatial characteristic of housing area types using remote sensing data with high spatial resolution namely Ikonos and asessment model of estimation approach at level of housing environment area quality health based on the variables spatials. The result of research showed that remote sensing data with high spatial resolution having sufficient feasibility as the basis of housing spatial data and based on the characteristic of housing type spatial, can be grouped into six types namely type of luxurious, medium, moderate, natural housing with types 1,2,and 3. Base on multiple regression equation, significant spatial variable effects towards level of housing environment area health quality is density housing, connectivity of road network (index beta) and housing distance towards road.
