Abstract


Convention on Registration of Objects Launched into Outer Space, was adopted by the United Nations General Assembly on 12 November 1974 (Resolution 3235(XXIX)), opened for signature on 14 January 1975, and eventually entered into force on 15 September 1976. This Convention is one of the five international space traties. The Registration Convention 1975 had 49 State parties and had been signed by 4 additional State. After 32 years entry into force, the application of this Convention had some problems in practically, it caused several State didn't want to become state parties. UNCOPUOS have a mandate to its, it effort to create and formulate to avoid the problems. Through have been discussed until 10 years, the amandement of Registration Convertion was adapted.
