UPAYA CINA-TAIWAN UNTUK BERGABUNG DALAM INTERNATIONAL SPACE STATION (ISS): SUATU KAJIAN DIPLOMASI

Abstract

Diplomacy is one of key factor in the international relations, specifically in the worlds politic. And in every relation between state such as China-Taiwan, diplomacy to be core competence. Intercity of China-Taiwan relation that marked with fluctuative relation which depend on Taiwan direction of foreign policy. As we know when Taiwan started talk about independen so in the same China will be react aggressively with using capability "power" to make Taiwan think twice, in some condition China policy, Taiwan only to be a rebellion province because basically Taiwan is a intergal part of People Republic of China. In the same time, in the space station (ISS) project. China want to be a 17th nation in ISS project, but there is a bigger obstacle from US , thus China try to bring Taiwan as effort to join in the world's space projects. The purpose of this essay is to explain why China as a state which have capability in technology willing to ask Taiwan to joining in ISS.
